We will be having a Red Fish Challenge this year.

Longest fish wins.

There will also be two kids classes this year. Under 13- and Under 18 $25 per entry In the kids classes it will be the longest fish wins.

None of the tournament is a weigh in, so pictures with tournament ID Card. Entry for both will be $100, or you can enter in either for $65.

You can still get in early by mailing your entries to Ron Gentry 9502 Jamaica Beach Galveston, Texas 77554 Make checks payable to Ron Gentry for $50. Checks must be cleared before the Tournament in order to get in. No later than June 1st! All proceeds go to the Ronald McDonald House in Galveston Island. The at the door extra monies go to them as well.

You will be able to fish from "Jimmies Pier" The pier on 91st and the Sea Wall. Jimmy the owner said he would pitch in some extra money for the longest shark caught from his pier and if it's the winning shark he will do even more! Thank you Jimmy. You can enter at Jimmies Pier. We will also try to have an entry area near High Island, this entry are may or may not work out due to logistics but we will try and get it done. All possible winners will still have to come to base camp at San Luis Pass to be judged and verified by 6:00 pm Sunday SHARP!
